Standard Drill Range
Either conventional box drills, solo or power harrow mounted, together with a range of individual metering
drills with air delivery of the seed to the coulter.

All feature common characteristics such as Double peg wheel metering to individual coulters for superb
accuracy down the row and across full width.

• Special coulter geometry with compression springs avoids coulter bounce for consistant drilling depth.

Min Till Drills

With individual coulter pressures adjustable up to 80kgs per coulter, this range of drills enables high speed, high output minimum tillage drilling with lower annual running costs. Design emphasis has been on simplicity and ease of access for calibration and setting, together with the minimisation of moving parts, pivots etc. to keep running costs lower than competitive machines.

Optiline Pro range
Available in 3 and 4 metre width and designed to be power harrow or implement mounted.

TR 3 metre
A true combination Min Till drill, with 2 rows of cultivating discs, followed by individual pushed tyre packers for better consolidation, then followed by 2 rows of coulters mounted on heavy duty wide C tines, followed a fully adjustable harrow set.

Each coulter unit is the same length so that the same pressures are maintained in accordance with the central pressure setting, and incorporate an adjustable press wheel to allow optimum seed to soil contact. In very sticky conditions this can be taken out of work completely if required. An inter coulter gap of 560mm gives better flow of trash enabling work in more adverse conditions.

This drill has hopper capacities of up to 3200 litres and uses air delivery of the seed to the coulters.

TRW 4 metre folding drill
Utilising the same principles as the above but with hydraulic fold for transport.

TRW 6 metre
Using the same configuration and coulter assemblies common to all Sulky MinTill drills, these drills can be fitted either with a packer roller for consolidation, or individual tyre packers.

Whilst using air delivery of the seed to the coulters, seed is metered centrally to each individual coulter for greater row by row accuracy.

The TRW6 metre folding drill has a hopper capacity of 3,400 litres

Easydrill
Versatile direct drill that works equally well on min-till and ploughed land.

Seed coulter assembly common to all Sulky Min Til Drills, with 560mm inter coulter distance for exceptional trash clearance.

Deep notched, aggressive monodiscs clear the furrow of trash, and rear adjustable press wheel ensures optimum seed to soil contact.

The streamlined coulter which is protected from the soil flow places the seed in the furrow and is fitted with a reinforced carbide tip for longer life.
